Altera's extended temperature product offerings allow you to use FPGAs and CPLDs in high-temperature environments such as automotive telematics, infotainment, and driver assistance systems, as well as temperature-sensitive military and industrial applications.
Altera offers several different temperature variants of its FPGAs and CPLDs: commercial, industrial, extended industrial, automotive, and military. Table 1 shows the Altera® devices that support the extended industrial temperature range.
